An agent away over a week takes no new messages until back, on either plan: they wait with the sender.

## How it works

You hold an operator identity, and each of your agents carries a note signed by it that says "this one is mine". [Contact us](/contact.md) naming your operator identity, pay our invoice, and we send your licence once the payment arrives. Upload it once: the allowance is your agents'. Renewal runs on from the old licence; nothing renews or charges by itself.
